After an intense week of daily community informatics readings and discussion, this was suppose to be one where I calm down a little and catch my breath before the next round which begins next Monday. Instead, I spent the time trying to finish the take-home midterm for the class, as well as wrapping my head around what my courses are suppose to look like next year. All the while, the new project at work has been progressing along, and we had to sell a creative concept to our clients, who will in turn sell it to their clients (not exactly straight forward, but it’s business!). In meeting with Prof. Hartel and being introduced to the concept of serious leisure research, the next step of my thesis exploration is becoming clear to me. I retain the right to change my mind at any time of course.
